摘要: Extraction by an aqueous two-phase system is a powerful technique for separation, concentration, and purification of biomolecules pharmaceutical products. In the present study, partitioning Ciprofloxacin in PEG–Na2SO4–water has been investigated. The influences temperature, salt polymer concentration molecular weight on were studied. experiments designed using orthogonal central composite design (orthogonal CCD) based 2 3 full factorial second-order model was used to determine effects different factors partitioning. results indicate that highly dependent concentration.
