摘要: Myricetin is a widely distributed flavonol that found in many plants, including tea, berries, fruits, vegetables, and medicinal herbs. Abundant sources provide interesting insights into the multiple mechanisms by which myricetin mediates chemopreventive effects on skin cancer. strongly inhibited tumor promoter-induced neoplastic cell transformation inhibiting MEK, JAK1, Akt, MKK4 kinase activity directly. In mouse model, attenuated ultraviolet B (UVB)-induced COX-2 expression formation regulating Fyn. Myricetin-mediated inactivation of Akt UVB response plays role UVB-induced carcinogenesis. Recently, was to inhibit angiogenesis targeting PI3-K an SKH-1 hairless tumorigenesis model. Raf critical target for wrinkles suppression type I procollagen collagen levels skin. Accumulated data suggest acts as promising agent chemoprevention
