摘要: Purpose: Clinical governance climate has an important role in providing the organizational development. This study was planned to determine validity and reliability of “Clinical Governance Climate Questionnaire” bring nursing literature . Patients methods: is methodological. The data were collected with “ Questionnaire (CGCQ)” which developed by Freeman. Study performed 200 nurses working a university hospital. In scale, language, content validity, item analyses, internal consistency test-retest methods used. Results: language scale provided. Item analyzes CGCQ’s outcomes showed that distinctive features each items. As result analysis consistency, cronbach’s alpha coefficient found be higher (α=0.89). computed 0.94. Conclusion: analyses it CGCQ valid reliable used Turkish society
