摘要: Despite a lack of conceptual clarity, the importance cultural change to clinical governance is widely accepted. While generic measures organizational performance, culture and climate are available, their relationship unclear. Consequently, there currently no valid reliable measure climate. This study aimed address deficiency by reducing pool indicators developed via previous qualitative research, describing latent factor structure assessing internal consistency external validity model.
