摘要: Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate retrospectively the evolution phase I antibodies in patients with an initial slow serological change, who received higher doses doxycycline. Results: Among 17 definitive diagnosis Q fever endocarditis, 12 were defined as responders [mean (+ +SD) decrease dilutions 0.42+ +0.51 and mean serum doxycycline level 3.44+1.06 mg/L after 1 year treatment] increased After treatment dose, (+SD) concentration 4.86+ +1.14 (P<0.05) 3.42+1.78 (P<0.05).
