摘要: We investigated the mode of cell death induced by aclarubicin in human trisomic and diabetic fibroblasts. The cells were incubated with for 2 h then cultured drug-free medium up to 96 h. Aclarubicin fibroblasts, compared normal cells, lesser changes level reactive oxygen species (ROS) content intracellular calcium. drug ROS-mediated apoptotic necrotic pathways all lines. extent apoptosis necrosis was strongly dependent on line, sensitivity post-treatment time. These results indicate that most resistant died prevalently apoptosis. In case number decreased post-incubation role aclarubicin-induced confirmed diminution effects antioxidants (N-acetylcysteine pyrrolidine-dithiocarbamate) drug-induced ROS formation, increase calcium fibroblast
