摘要: Abstract In recent years, many organizations have looked upon continuous improvement and total quality management (TQM) as the means by which they could maintain a competitive edge. This paper investigates critical factors sub-factors that determine adoption implementation of TQM in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) foreign joint ventures (FJVs) China with particular reference to Shanghai manufacturing industries.
