摘要: Background: We aimed to investigate the effects and dose dependency of aspirin on endothelial functions prevalence resistance in newly diagnosed hypertensive patients without previous drug therapy development cardiac complications. Hypothesis: Acetylsalicyclic acid improves function. Methods: Fifty-eight 61 healthy subjects control group were included study. Endothelial patient groups evaluated with brachial artery examination. Patient divided into 2 groups. A total 100 mg 300 given separate for 1 week. After week, reevaluated examined a platelet function analyzer (PFA-100; Dade Behring, Marbourg, Germany). Results: Baseline flow-mediated dilatation (FMD) change percent was 9.8%, it significantly lower than (12%) (P < 0.001). Frequency acetylsalicylic (ASA) 20% 26% groups, respectively = not significant). ASA 28% 24% patients, FMD increased both after treatment from 12.4% 13.3% 9.8 % 11.9 %, respectively. percentage irrespective 0.02, [+]; P 0.012, [−]). Conclusions: Endothelial impaired more compared group. improved all doses resistance. The authors have no funding, financial relationships, or conflicts interest disclose.
