摘要: ABSTRACTThis study reports on the bio-synthesis and main physical properties of p-type Co3O4 nanoparticles for first time by a completely green chemistry process using Aspalathus linearis's natural extract as an effective chelating agent. Their surface/interface optical are reported. In addition to X-ray diffraction investigations, Raman, infrared well photoelectron spectroscopies confirmed single phase nanoparticles. As their average size can be low ⟨φparticle⟩ ∼3.6 nm, reticular atomic plans under slight compressive state.
