摘要: Individual glomeruli and attached tubular tissue (JGA) were isolated by microdissection. The mean renin content of superficial JGA was 4.6 ng AI/JGA/h the deep 2.1 (P<0.01). These values rose with salt depletion but (22.9 AI/JGA/h) remained significantly higher than that (7.3 AI/JGA/h,P<0.005). Surface a microbiopsy technique had 15.5 which found used to examine effect altered distal sodium load on content. Increasing proximal tubule flow 40 nl/min microperfusion for 20 min 150 mmol/l NaCl increased (non perfused controls 12.9 AI/JGA/h; 28.7 AI/JGA/h). When perfusion solution containing 30 did not change. Acidification microbiopsied glomerulus an amount similar seen microperfusion. results support hypothesis single nephron glomerular filtration rate is controlled local action renin. Renin secretion changes in response or concentration at macula densa. may result from activation inactive
