摘要: Abstract The interaction between fluoroquinolones (FQs), ofloxacin and enrofloxacin, bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by fluorescence UV–vis spectroscopy. It demonstrated that the quenching of BSA FQ is a result formation FQ–BSA complex stabilized, in main, hydrogen bonds van der Waals forces. Stern–Volmer constant, K SV , corresponding thermodynamic parameters, Δ H S G were estimated. distance, r donor, BSA, acceptor, FQ, estimated from resonance energy transfer (FRET). effect on conformation analyzed with aid absorbance spectra synchronous Spectral analysis showed two FQs affected but different manner. Thus, ofloxacin, polarity around tryptophan residues decreased hydrophobicity increased, while for opposite observed.
