摘要: Obesity and hypohydration independently affect postsynaptic endothelial function, but it is unknown if affects lean obese individuals differently. To examine the effect of on cutaneous vasodilation sweating in men with high low adiposity (HI- LO-BF, respectively). Ten males LO-BF ten HI-BF were instrumented for forearm microdialysis when euhydrated hypohydrated. Changes vascular conductance (CVC) intradermal infusion sodium nitroprusside (SNP) methacholine chloride (MCh) assessed. Local sweat rate (LSR) was simultaneously assessed at MCh site. At end last dose, maximal CVC elicited by delivering a dose SNP 30 min to both sites simultaneous local heating The concentration drug needed elicit 50% response (EC50) compared between groups hydration conditions. When euhydrated, EC50 MCh-induced not different LO- vs. [− 3.04 ± 0.12 − 2.98 ± 0.19 log M, P = 0.841]. SNP-induced higher HI- (− 1.74 ± 0.17 − 2.13 ± 0.06 P = 0.034). Within each group, status did change MCh- or (P > 0.05). LSR condition These data suggest reduced sensitivity endothelium-independent euhydrated. However, does differently adiposity.
