摘要: In the presence of endodontic gutta-percha cones, several species bacteria were killed in vitro. Silver points, when compared with not or considerably less effective against target organism. Staphylococcus aureus, our assay system. Growth serum could be abolished by mere gutta-percha, especially time was allowed for previous contact between and cones. It is concluded that cones possess a slowly acting, relatively weak, but, opinion, significant inherent antimicrobial property.
