摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the presence nerve growth factor (NGF) and its receptors tyrosine kinase A (TrkA) p75 in ovaries wild ground squirrels during breeding nonbreeding seasons. In period, NGF, TrkA were immunolocalized granulosa cells, thecal interstitial cells luteal whereas both them detected only cells. Stronger immunostaining observed season compared season. Corresponding for immunohistochemical results, immunoreactivities NGF two greater then decreased a relatively low level mean mRNA levels significantly higher than addition, plasma gonadotropins, estradiol-17β progesterone concentrations season, suggesting that expression patterns correlated with changes concentrations. These results indicated receptors, may be involved regulation seasonal ovarian functions squirrel.
