摘要: The role of fimbria in adherence an avian pathogenic Escherichia coli (APEC) O78 strain 789 to chicken intestine was studied. Bacterial adhesion tissue sections representing the regions within intestinal tract determined by using immunohistochemical methods. E. grown express type 1 adhered efficiently crop epithelium, lamina propria villi, and apical surfaces both mature as well crypt-located enterocytes whereas no mucus-producing goblet cells detected. inhibited mannoside fimbriae observed confirmed with a recombinant expressing genes cloned from Salmonella enterica. favor AC/I expression fac but only poorly other epithelial sites. S. enterica serovar Typhimurium IR715 Enteriditis TN2 strains were able multiply ileal mucus medium. bacteria mucus, fimbriated showed poor mucus. onto epithelium follicle associated ileum adhesive ST1 Lactobacillus crispatus isolated chicken, inhibition weakly L. 134mi. may be important colonization APEC Salmonella.
