摘要: Selection of detectable numbers Mi-virulent root-knot nematodes has necessitated a greater understanding nematode responses to new sources resistance. During the course this research, we compared reproduction four geographically distinct isolates on three resistant accessions Lycopersicon peruvianum. Each accession carried different gene, Mi-3, Mi-7, or Mi-8. All were verified as Meloidogyne incognita using diagnostic markers in mitochondrial genome nematode. Reproduction W1, 133 and HM, measured eggs per g root, was greatest Mi-7 carrying least Mi-8 accession. In general, Mi-3 behaved similar also both Mi non-Mi-carrying L. esculentum cultivars susceptible peruvianum Resistance mediated by still impacted with fewer root cultivar (P ≤ 0.05). Preliminary histological studies suggests that resistance is hypersensitive response, Mi.
