Effect of manganese on thermal, structural and magnetic properties of lanthanum modified lead titanate nanoceramics

摘要: Abstract PbTiO 3 (PT) and La/Mn modified (PLMT) nanoceramics were prepared by mechanical alloying thermal methods. A analysis technique has provided some important clues guidelines for formation of required compounds their stability. The single-phase perovskite was confirmed an X-ray diffraction technique. field emission scanning electron micrograph the shows that materials have well-defined granular morphology. substitution at Pb/Ti sites reduces lattice distortion, decreases ferroelectric phase temperature lead titanate. Room P–E loop confirms existence ordering in sample. nonlinear M–H hysteresis with small magnetization revealed a ferromagnetic property is observed due to Mn Ti-sites
