摘要: Abstract The nanocrystalline samples of Pb0.92La0.08MnxTi1−xO3 (PLMT) (x=0.00, 0.04, 0.07, 0.10) were prepared by using a novel mechanical activation followed conventional solid-state reaction technique. calcination and sintering temperatures optimized thermal gravimetric analysis repeated firing. Preliminary structural studies high resolution X-ray diffraction (HRXRD) technique at room temperature suggest that compounds are formed in single phase with tetragonal crystal system. field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) shows materials have well-defined granular microstructures, separated the grain boundaries. transmission (HRTEM) confirms about nano-size particles. ferroelectric phase-transition PLMT is studied dielectric measurements, which shift transition towards lower-temperature side increased doping concentration. electrical conductivity calculated from impedance data has been observed to increase as function Mn ac spectrum suggests hopping charge carriers among localized site possible mechanism for conduction. energy was found sensitive its crystallite size.
