摘要: Hypoxia is a common characteristic of solid tumors. Previous studies have reported that the tumor invasion-associated factor, AMPK-related protein kinase 5 (ARK5), associated with poor prognosis in colon cancer. However, whether or not ARK5 involved hypoxia unclear. The aim present study was to investigate association between expression and hypoxia-inducible factor 1-α (HIF1-α). Samples from 60 patients cancer were collected immunohistochemistry used detect HIF1-α within them. Western blot analysis reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction an SW480 cell line under hypoxic conditions. Cell Counting kit-8 Transwell assays function According results, staining significantly Tumor-Node-Metastasis stage, grade, lymph node metastasis liver metastasis. Spearman's correlation revealed HIF1-α. This finding also verified conditions line, which increased over time. Further cellular experiments suppression inhibited viability migration has suggested cells upregulated by serves important role proliferation stress.
