摘要: Abstract The interaction of native calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) with two anthraquinones including quinizarin (1,4-dihydroxy anthraquinone) and danthron (1,8-dihydroxy in a mixture 0.04 M Brittone–Robinson buffer 50% ethanol were studied at physiological pH by spectrofluorometric cyclic voltammetry techniques. former technique was used to calculate the binding constants anthraquinones–DNA complexes different temperatures. Thermodynamic study indicated that reactions both anthraquinone–DNA systems are predominantly entropically driven. Furthermore, mechanisms on reaction effect ionic strength fluorescence property system have also been investigated. results experiments modes evaluated be groove binding. Moreover, cytotoxic activity compounds against human chronic myelogenous leukemia K562 cell line cleavage these slightly pUC18 plasmid showed minor antitumor (human myeloid leukemia) line.
