摘要: Abstract An anthraquinone (AQ) based DNA linker and hairpin-forming DNAs linked by the AQ with variable A–T base pairs were synthesized for investigation of electron transfer through double helical (DNA-ET) in self-assembled monolayers (SAMs). The spectroscopic analysis absorption spectra indicated that hairpin stacked adjacent pair. Electrochemical redox response due to was observed from immobilized on gold electrode, thus is suitable DNA-ET SAMs.
