摘要: A droplet measurement system (DMS) is used in concern with an industrial printer to fabricate a thin film layer of flat panel electronic device. clear tape serves as printing substrate receive droplets from hundreds nozzles simultaneously, while optics photographs the deposited through (i.e., side opposite printhead). This permits immediate image analysis droplets, for parameters such per-nozzle volume, landing position and other characteristics, without having substantially reposition DMS or printhead. The can then be advanced new measurement. By providing high degree concurrency, described rapid update printers that use thousands nozzles, provide real-time understanding expected parameters, manner factored into print planning.
