摘要: The endogenous levels of polyamines (PAs) in leaf-base explants isolated from plants two isogenic lines Dactylis glomerata L., differing their competence for somatic embryogenesis, were compared. Leaf-bases with a high level embryogenesis (HEC) contained four times the compared to those low (LEC). When individual HEC and LEC compared, leaf-bases line had much lower PUT/SPD ratios than line. changes PAs monitored during first 28 d culture, on medium which promotes initiation cultures showed 50% increase 7 after time began decline. By day 21, dropped below found freshly leaf bases. While PUT SPM increased by about 30%, greatest was shown SPD, more 100% before declining. In contrast smaller PA when cultured.
