摘要: This research is the main part of a detailed study concerning preparation cable insulation having improved mechanical, thermal and structural performances. The paper presents various PA6-based blends with some differently structured elastomers belonging to polymer class ethylene-propylene diene rubbers: EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer), Exxelor (medium viscosity semi-crystalline ethylene copolymer functionalized maleic anhydride), Lotader (random terpolymer ethylene, ethyl acrylate Marfran (mixture polypropylene, polyethylene vinyl acetate) SEBS (styrene-ethylene/butyl-styrene block copolymer). blending proportions covers following PA6/elastomer ratios: 100/0, 90/10, 80/20 for EPDM, 95/5, 90/10 formulations including rubber components Exxelor, Lotader, Marfran. characterisation material functional features was performed as tensile bending mechanical tests, three-point strength, endurance tests X-ray analysis determinations were achieved on these compositions. results develop different contribution degrees each elastomer in connection their molecular structures. From it found that best option compounded PA6 + 5% Lotader. accomplished reveal significant variations microstructures. addition this increased concentrations leads higher crystallinity degree compound.
