摘要: This paper focuses on the use of epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) as a toughening agent for nylon 6 (PA6). Natural (NR) was used to compare with ENR. Polymer blends were prepared by using twin-screw extruder and pressing sheet in compression molding machine. It found that NR ENR decreased yield stress tensile strength but slightly increased elongation at break PA6. impact PA6, whereas this property up sixfold blending phenomenon could be explained terms blend morphology. Too large particle diameter cause premature failure. The increasing content. Rubber also still much smaller than particles. Phenolic resin employed crosslinking Compounded properties blends. because morphology changed from small particles patches after vulcanization.
