摘要: The results of a study new type regular carbon nanostructures, namely, nanocones on the film surfaces carbon-silicon composites (a-C:H):Si are given in this paper. Nanocones appear under action electric field probe an air-operated scanning microscope (SPM) case where values voltage amplitude and exposure times exceed threshold ones. produced nanoobjects preserve their shapes at thermal annealing up to 700°C. It is assumed that process nanocone formation related local transformation composite structure from amorphous nanocrystalline state SPM probe.
