Spontaneous pregnancies and determinant factors in infertility: A cross-sectional study.

摘要: Background The phenomenon of infertility may be derived from different factors - either in males or females both genders, including few unexplained factors. It is generally managed by medical and surgical treatments. Objective To find a relation occurrence spontaneous pregnancy (SP) with effective infertility. Materials methods This cross-sectional study was conducted at two referral centers (university privacy center) the southwest Iran March 2015 2016 on 655 infertile couples, who were divided groups (n = 31) without 624) SP. variables included female male age, smoking, job, place living, causes infertility, type duration subgroups causes. Results Infertility caused due to male- female- related (47.5%). While female-related found 31.5%, male-related 14.5%, 6.6% our patients. rate SP 4.7%, which had significant (p 0.01), women's age 0.048), 0.001), husband's job 0.004). Conclusion couples partner, partner's job.
