摘要: Due to rising demand worldwide it is becoming increasingly more difficult satisfy the needs for human corneal transplants. At this point transplantation only possible cure endothelial diseases, such as Fuchs dystrophy. In article we present descemetectomy, a circumscribed removal of Descemet's membrane (DMx) without subsequent transplantation, new treatment option on basis a clinical case.
