摘要: textabstractAn abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a localized and permanent dilatation of the aorta that presents clear danger for patient because of the risk rupture. The chance rupture increases with size the aneurysm. Mortality after high: 60-70% patients a ruptured AAA will not reach hospital alive. Furthermore, surgical treatment ruptured carries an additional mortality 45-55%. Because poor prognosis AAA, prophylactic exclusion of AAA performed larger than 5.0 to 5.5 cm in diameter. The standard way treating by elective open surgery. In this procedure, the diseased segment opened proximal distal cleaning vessel contents are removed. A synthetic prosthesis placed inside aneurysm. ends prosthesis anastomosed via continuous sutures normal aorta and/or iliac arteries, which wall closed around the prosthesis. Elective surgery itself 5_7% ,patients aged over 70 years, congestive heart failure, cardiac ischemia, preexistent dysrythmia, renal impairment or pulmonary are known have increased mortality.
