摘要: Abstract Sustained ventricular tachycardia (VT) occurs most frequently in patients with coronary artery disease and previous myocardial infarction, scar often taking the form of a left aneurysm. Localization origin VT by endocardial mapping has led to successful ablation this arrhythmia combination conventional aneurysmectomy additional resection directed mapping. 1,2 To date, procedure been performed only documented recurrent refractory drug therapy. However, we treated 5 whom sustained developed for first time after aneurysmectomy. This experience suggests that undergoing indications other than arrhythmia, preoperative attempt induce at if is induced may be warranted.
