摘要: Some biochemical characteristics of L-glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) were compared using crude homogenates the rat oviduct, ovary, and hypothalamus. As estimated by measurement CO2 production, specific activities oviductal ovarian GAD about 10 3% hypothalamic value, respectively. Stoichiometric formation gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) from could be observed in oviduct hypothalamus, while production was more than nine times that GABA. Hypothalamic tubal showed similar time course, temperature dependence, pH dependence.
