摘要: Measurements of the photoluminescence from epitaxial layers Pb1 − xEuxTe alloys with 0 ≤ x 0.32 are carried out. It is found that luminescence intensity decreases increasing Eu content and, already for as low about 0.1, drops by more than one order magnitude. No observed 0.2 0.85, optical transitions also take place participation X valley; in this case, emission governed formation magnetic polarons. The temperature dependences band gap determined 0.11. These have a wide linear region characterized positive dEg/dT coefficient, which to become negative pure EuTe.
