摘要: Fever is not the most frequent symptom in rheumatology; however, its occurrence always draws attention to a severe underlying pathologic process. The rheumatologic assessment of febrile patients usually takes place for three reasons: patient's fever associated with known rheumatic disease or musculoskeletal symptoms, cause suggested as unknown origin. primary task rheumatologist rule out infections and autoimmune processes. In addition accompanying information about course observation continuity periodicity provide help establish diagnosis. A summarising discourse this issue rarely published speciality; therefore, we found it important an overview rheumatological diseases accompanied by fever.
