摘要: An optoelectronic shutter array element useful as a writing head for an optical printer and using transparent ceramic substrate having electrooptical effect, which reduces abrupt change in the electric field strength so to improve stability of permeability shutter, being provided on main surface with grooves therein electrodes covering bottom side wall surfaces vicinity grooves.
