Searching for the best agarose candidate from genus Gracilaria, Eucheuma, Gelidium and local brands

摘要: Abstract Objective To explore the potential of local agar genus Gracilaria , Eucheuma Gelidium and brands as an alternative for imported agarose DNA electrophoresis, to examine their ability related separation migration fragments in electrophoresis. Methods Their performance at various concentrations were compared via experimental study with a specific brand commercial used molecular biology research.
