Devices employing flexible substrates and method for making same

摘要: Processes and devices are described which employ flexible substrates made from cloth impregnated with a resin of particular composition. The substrate is into double-clad printed wiring for use in double-sided circuits. These exhibit excellent dimensional stability during circuit fabrication soldering as well flame retardance electrical insulation resistance.
