摘要: The maintenance of human red cell volume under multitude trying physiological conditions is a self regulated dynamic process. Theoretical and experimental studies on osmotic states have been primarily focussed three different interdependent areas: the permeative properties membrane, kinetic transmembrane fluxes various ionic nonionic chemical constituents plasma, ideal non-ideal thermodynamic formulation states. primary objective this work to provide general model that converges above mentioned components its environment one umbrella. Such facilitates simultaneous interpretation prediction quantitative changes in volume, pH, Donnan ratios, effects, plasma fluxes, permeable impermeable solute concentration.
