摘要: THE mitotic cell cycle is an orderly sequence of events, leading to division. In mammalian lines, a single event in the exhibits first-order kinetics1, apparently dividing cell's lifespan into probabilistic state and deterministic phase, termed A B respectively. This rate-limiting occurs during G1 phase2,3, but its relation resting initiation unclear. this paper we suggest that exists yeast it can be identified with new from state.
