摘要: Background Impaired renal function is associated with poor outcomes among patients chronic heart failure (CHF). However, the long-term changes in CHF without insufficiency at initial diagnosis remain unclear. Methods and Results Retrospective analysis of presenting idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDCM) from 1984 to 2003 who had normal defined as estimated creatinine clearance (eCcr) ≥60 ml/min first diagnosis. Cumulative event proportions eCcr <60 were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method. The predictors evaluated logistic regression analysis. developed 20% during an 8-year follow-up 50% a 20-year follow-up. Advanced age diagnosis, high frequency admissions, hypotension clinical course occurrence impaired function. Beta-blocker therapy was negative predictor insufficiency. Conclusions In IDCM worsening occurred period. Frequent hypotension, lacking β-blocker prognosis (Circ J 2007; 71: 1927 - 1931)
