Completing CAD data queries for visualization

摘要: A system has been developed permitting database queries over data extracted from a CAD where the query result is returned back to for visualization and analysis. This several challenges. First, representations use complex object-oriented schemas language must be too. Second, resides outside therefore standardized exchange formats interoperability with CAD. ISO STEP standard are used exchange. Third, cannot import an arbitrary object structure but places restrictions on imported objects acceptable. Therefore, complement results in order produce acceptable model, called model completion of query. These problems have solved using extensible object-relational processor. The also supports combining other sources.
