摘要: Legal empowerment is increasingly recognized as a key approach for addressing socio-structural determinants of health and promoting the well-being human rights vulnerable populations. seeks to increase people's capacity understand use law. However, limited consensus remains on effectiveness legal interventions in optimizing outcomes. Leveraging meta-narrative approach, we synthesized literature describing how have been operationalized empirically studied with respect determinants. The studies included here document diverse approaches highlight changed context surrounding absence robust conceptualization, operationalization, measurement risk contexts which operate limits clarity interventions' impact can be ascertained. Despite this, promising address marginalized To foster support between fields health, explore limitations study design existing evidence base; such scrutiny could strengthen rigor future research.
