Is 'legal empowerment of the poor' relevant to people with disabilities in developing countries? An empirical and normative review.

摘要: Background : Legal empowerment of the poor is highly relevant to public health as it aims relieve income poverty, a main determinant health. The Commission on Empowerment Poor (CLEP) has proposed legal measures in following four domains: access justice and rule law, property, labor, business rights. Despite being overrepresented among poor, CLEP not explicitly considered situation people with disabilities.
