摘要: Cardiogenic shock is a state of tissue hypoperfusion induced by heart failure after correction preload. There are no clear numerical cutoffs to define the hemodynamic parameters cardiogenic but it usually characterized low blood pressure (systolic 30 mmHg, both with rate >60 bpm) urine output (<0.5 ml/kg/h), or without evidence organ congestion. Acute myocardial infarction most common cause. Mortality high intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation and early coronary interventions have improved outcome. Activation inflammatory response resulting in expression inducible nitric oxide synthase, activation cytokines, complement system appear play an important role pathogenesis outcome shock.
