摘要: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects behavioral change oriented measures address climate problems. Municipalities in Sweden already work with these kinds measures, but they find it hard apply for funding since it’s often a requirement show emission reductions each project. initial part aims understand how members Climate organization evaluations methods.
