摘要: Recently, intriguing new roles for some small nucleolar RNA host genes (SNHGs) in cancer have emerged. In the present study, a panel of SNHGs was profiled to detect aberrantly expressed gastric (GC). The expression SNHG5 significantly downregulated GC and associated with formation tumor embolus tumor, node metastasis stage. long non-coding RNA, which class transcripts longer than 200 nucleotides. suppressed cell proliferation vitro vivo. Furthermore, exerted its function through interacting MTA2, preventing translocation MTA2 from cytoplasm into nucleus. overexpression led significant increases acetylation levels histone H3 p53, indicating that might affect by trapping cytosol, thereby interfering nucleosome remodeling deacetylation complex. This study is first demonstrate critical powerful regulator involved progression cytosol. These results imply may be novel therapeutic target treatment GC.
