摘要: The pathogenesis of the influenza A virus has been investigated heavily, and both inflammatory response apoptosis have found to a definitive role in this process. results studies performed by present other groups indicated that mast cells may play severity disease. To further investigate cellular responses infection, were studied mouse mastocytoma cell line P815. This is first study demonstrate H1N1 (A/WSN/33), H5N1 (A/Chicken/Henan/1/04), H7N2 (A/Chicken/Hebei/2/02) viruses can induce apoptosis. They do mainly through mitochondria/cytochrome c-mediated intrinsic pathway, activation caspase 8-mediated extrinsic pathway was here be weak. Two pro-apoptotic Bcl-2 homology domain 3 (BH3) -only molecules Bim Puma appeared involved apoptotic pathways. When virus-induced inhibited P815 using pan-caspase (Z-VAD-fmk) caspase-9 (Z-LEHD-fmk) inhibitors, replication these three subtypes suppressed secretions pro-inflammatory cytokines chemokines, including IL-6, IL-18, TNF-α, MCP-1, decreased. understanding host defense virus. also facilitate development novel therapeutic aids against infection.
