摘要: A numerical integration of the hydromagnetic wavr equations in ionosphere was carried out. Tables and graphs are given for relations between field amplitudes above below power dissipated as a function altitude. The case vertically incident plane monochromatic wave near 45 gas-cooled geomagnetic latitude is treated. results used to confirm earlier estimates ionospheric heating by waves estimate transit time extremely low frequency signals.
