摘要: Abstract A current-driven switching of magnetic state is observed in manganite trilayer junctions. The current threshold I c depends on applied field. due to the transfer spin-momentum from spin-polarized carriers a ferromagnetic cluster situated between electrodes. model developed based process quantitatively describes experimental observation.
