摘要: The Ly6 family of genes encodes glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell surface glycoproteins expressed on various types cells. Intriguing patterns expression specific subpopulations lymphoid and myeloid cells suggest that molecules may be involved in the development homeostasis hematopoietic We have isolated a new member human gene family, LY6H, from fetal brain cDNA library. Fluorescence situ hybridization radiation hybrid analyses assigned LY6H to chromosome 8, where other members are also located. Northern analysis revealed is highly particular subdivisions MOLT-3 -4 acute lymphoblastic leukemia These data play role(s) both central nervous system immune system.
