摘要: Inhibition of plasmin and activation plasminogen by platelet-poor plasma, intact, lysed thrombin-aggregated platelet-rich washed platelets was studied means fibrin-agar plates. No significant could be demonstrated. Maximal inhibition occurred after 2–3 hr incubation with either or plasma; in each case the kinetics reaction were suggestive non-competitive inhibition. Platelets showed both adsorbed intrinsic anti-plasmin activity, but latter equivalent to only about 1% total plasma activity.
